About Maura Maura graduated from University of the Pacific in 1994 with a BA in History. Before beginning her career in Real Estate, Maura was a fixed income trader with Montgomery Asset Management; it was at Montgomery Asset Management that Maura mastered the art of negotiation. Maura brings her financial and market knowledge with her into the world of real estate. Maura was raised in Orinda, and moved back to raise her 4 children in this fabulous community. She attended schools in the Orinda Union School District, as well as the Acalanes School District. Maura is actively involved in the community, fundraising for her children’s local schools and the Hospice of Contra Costa County’s Comfort for Kids Program. She also volunteers helping families from war stricken countries begin new lives in America. Maura’s team includes an escrow coordinator, recommended lenders and mortgage brokers, and an experienced marketing team. Outside of Real Estate, Maura enjoys playing most sports, especially golf. Maura is an avid Red Sox fan and Sharks fan. She takes pleasure in coaching her kids t-ball, baseball and soccer teams.
